Wildwoods Botanicals was started in 1995 with the purpose of providing high-quality herbal medicines to the public and professional communities. We are committed to using organic and ethically harvested herbs in all our products. Each of our formulas is produced in small batches to ensure that they are energetically effective and meet our high standards. We are also committed to the promotion of local and community-based herbal medicine and support herbal education through workshops and community outreach. Our Beginnings
Kim Engard, ND, LAc
Wildwoods Botanicals LLC was started over twenty years ago by Kim Engard, master herbalist, as a local Colorado herb store. It has evolved over the years into a resource for professionals and the public but is still committed to grassroots and ethically responsible herbal medicine. Kim Engard, ND, LAc, its founder, has been practicing Botanical Medicine for over 30 years. She is a licensed Naturopathic Physician,
Acupuncturist, and Qi Gong Instructor that is committed to healing with natural medicine. In addition to her patient work, she has been teaching herbal medicine to professionals and communities for over 20 years. She created Wildwoods Botanicals with the desire to share knowledge and plant wisdom with others through education and local herbal medicine. Wildwoods Botanicals is still committed to creating awareness of our interdependence with the plant world, and helping others recognize our need to reconnect with plants to heal the planet and ourselves.
